- Chicken ko light oil me 1 tsp lehsan adrak paste,salt,daar cheeni 1 piece dal kar cook krlen.
- Ik pateelay me do piyaz k slices kar k golden brown kar k separate kar lein.phir isi oil me bache hoye piyaxk slices light golden karlen.
- Ab isme 2 tomato ka paste add karden. sath me lehsan adrak paste aur dahi b shamil karden.
- Phir isme tamam spices, khubani aur whole spices dal kar qorma ready karlen.
- Jab masala bhun jaye to usme fry ki hoi chicken add kar dein aur 5 min pakayen.
- Ab is me uppar se bareek katay hoye tamater, golden piyaz, kate hoye lemon, hara masala add kar dein.kuch min paka k utar lein.
- Ab alag pateelay me pani boil karen. usme vingar aur salt dal dein phir rice add kar k boil krlen.
