This is one of my favourite kofta recipe which my family also like.this is a simple kofta curry made by chicken mince along with basic spices.

  2. 1/2 kg chicken mince(boiled)
  3. 2 onion finely chopped
  4. 3 green chilliies finely chopped+ 3 whole green chilliies
  5. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  6. 1/4 cup chopped mint leaves
  7. 1 tsp ghee or oil
  8. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  9. 1 tsp coriander powder
  10. 1 tsp garam masala
  11. as taste Salt
  12. 2 tbsp roasted chickpea flour
  13. as required Oil For frying kofta
  14. For gravy
  15. 2 medium onion paste
  16. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  17. 3 tbsp coriander powder
  18. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  19. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  20. as taste Salt
  21. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  22. 3 Tbsp oil
  23. 1 cup water

Steps to make to make Chicken kofta curry

  1. Take a grinding jar.add chicken mince,ginger garlic paste, broken whole green chilies,and all powder spices mention above for making koftas.grind all together it helps to combine all spices with chicken mince.transfer in a plate.
  2. Now add finely chopped onion, green chillies and mint leaves.mix well.add chick pea flour mix nicely. make lemon size balls.
  3. In a pan add oil heat it and shallow fry all kofta on medium flame until they turn golden brown.keep in a plate
  4. In a wok add 3 tbsp oil heat it.add onion paste and saute until they turn golden brown.add ginger garlic paste saute few seconds until raw smell goes. add all powder spices and salt, cook for 4-5 minutes till the oil release.add water and garam masala powder just give a boil.turn off the flame.
  5. In a serving bowl pour some gravy add koftas in it garnish with coriander leaves then serve with roti or naan
