  13. 200 gm whisked curd

Instructions to make to make Chicken curry

  1. First Marinate the chicken with all the listed ingredients and leave it for 2-3 hours.
  2. Heat oil in Kadhai, add the whole garam masala (cloves cardamom cinnamon). Once it splutters add finely chopped onion.
  3. Fry it on high to medium flame for 10 minutes till it turns light brown.
  4. Add the ginger garlic paste and fry it for 2 minutes till the raw smell gone.
  5. Now add the marinated chicken and fry it on high to medium for around 10 minutes.
  6. Continue to fry (bhuno) for another 10 minutes till the chicken pieces are browned.
  7. Add garam masala powder, mix it well and add 1/2 cup water.
  8. Mix, cover and cook for 10-15 minutes on low flame till the chicken is tender.
  9. Now our yummy chicken curry is ready. Serve hot with roti or rice.
