- 1 tbs black pepper
- 2 tbs red chilli powder
- 1.5 tbs turmeric powder
- 2 tbs meet msala
Instructions to make to make Chicken biryani
- First in a bowl add chicken wash it then add curd, black pepper, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, lemon juice, salt half tbs meet masala mix well left to 3 to 5 hours keep it side
- Now heat the thick bottomed pan add the water bring to boil add rinse rice then add pinch of salt, lemon juice, stick cinnamon, bayleaf, green cardamom cover and cook for 7 min don't ovar cook only 70 % cook then drain it and remove the bowl keep it a side
- Now heat the frying pan add oil heated properly then add some chopped onion stir it golden brown now remove the plates keep it a side again add the some butter add marinated chicken stir it now cover and cook for 20 min on low flame.
- Now check the chicken becomes tender it remove the bowl again add the butter then add bay leaf, black,green cardamom, cumin, crushed nut mug stick cinnamon tempered it then add some chopped onion saute it then add chopped capsicum meet masala, ginger garlic paste some cashew nut, mix well properly cook for 5 min then add cooked chicken it mix properly..
- Now take a broad thick bottomed pan first spread the cooked rice and put on spread the chicken mixture then spread the fried onion and fresh mint leaf again spread the cooked rice then spread the desi ghee, saffron mix milk,then again spread the chicken mixture repeat layer 3 time remaining last layer ie ur rice agin spread the desi ghee,saffron milk, and sprinkle the fried onion cover the aluminum foil or lid and cook the 10 min on lower flame....
