- For marination u need
- 1 kg washed chicken
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- to taste Salt
- 1 pinch Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli
- 3-4 tbsp Curd
- 2 tbsp Mustard oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice 2 spoonfull
- 1 1/2 tsp Homemade kala masala 1/1/2 spoon
- For gravy u need
- 4 slices onions
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 4 tsp Dry coconut shredded
- All Whole garam masala
- To taste (Lavang,both Elaichi,zeera,dalchini,tezpatta,kalimiri,til,khuskhusChakra phool,dagalphool, sauf,nutmeg lil bit javitri)
- to taste Salt
- 1 pinch Turmeric
- 1 Tsp coriander powder
- 1 Tsp Red chilli powder
- 4 Tsp Oil
- as needed Coriander leaves for garnishing
Instructions to make to make Chicken curry
- Take chicken and add all marination ingredients and keep in fridge overnight is best and if u don't hav much time two hours also fine for marinate the chicken
- Now take kadai or pan add two spoons oil add all whole garam masala let splatter it comepletly now add onions..let them fry...for 10 mins tip for fast cook onion is add some salt in it
- Now add ginger garlic paste fry for seconds now add shredded coconut let them cook fir five mins and add powder masala,turmeric,red chikki and corinender powder add some water just two spoons now add tomatoes
- Let them cook comepletly wen it's cool down grind it and again take a kadai or pan add two spoon oil and add this grind paste and let them cook till oil separated now add chicken pieces let them cook on height flame for atleast ten mins..now cover it....for 15 for 20 min...if u like gravy add some warm water before cover the lid...cook till completely cooked and garnish with Coriander leaves...serve with naan or rice ur chicken curry is ready
