  1. Chicken are cut into medium pieces. Clean chicken properly with water.
  2. Now remove the water from chicken.
  3. Heat oil in a pan on the gas stove.
  4. Add sliced Onions to the oil and fry for few minutes.
  5. Add salt and Chicken and cook well.
  6. Now when chicken gets dry then add ginger and garlic paste and mix well add chilli powder and chicken masala and fry for 2 minutes.
  7. Add turmeric powder also.
  8. When all the masalas are cooked well mix well with chicken then fry for few mins. After chicken gets cooked add the potato cubes.
  9. Now add the jeera and dhaniya powder.
  10. Add 4 cups of water and let everything gets combined well.
  11. After that add little chicken masala for taste. Now switch off the gas stove. Garnish coriander leaves.Now serve it with rice.
